Search for customers address information from an old order. This feature will help merchants who are currently logged into their shopping cart administration. It will allow you to search all your old orders for a repeat customer, and automatically fill in the billing/shipping information for you. To use this feature, you will need to create the order for your customer. Then, click on "registered customer" to access the search tool. You can search by the customer's full name and/or their email address. Once you search for a customer, a list of matching results will appear. Simply select the correct user and the information will automatically be entered for you. Please note that you MUST be logged into the administration tool to have access to this feature, and that it will allow you to search for any previous customer... even customers that have not registered.
